These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all commercial transactions between Leadzy Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Leadzy" or "we") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "the customer" or "you") for the marketing management, lead ordering and call center services provided by Leadgenpro.
 

All orders for marketing management services, lead generation, or call center services must be placed with Leadzy using the company's official communication channels. Each order must be confirmed and validated by the client before being processed.

 

Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, any cancellation of the order must be requested in writing. If a cancellation occurs before the start of services, a partial or full refund may be considered, depending on the progress of the work. However, Leadzy reserves the right to retain a reasonable administrative fee.
 

Leadzy is committed to providing high-quality services that meet current professional standards. However, the company is not responsible for any specific results obtained by the client as a result of using the services provided.

All content created by Leadzy in connection with the Services (including, but not limited to, marketing campaigns, generated leads, call center scripts, etc.) will remain the intellectual property of Leadzy, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
